He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alan Holtby (Judy) and Mary Pettinger (Robert); his sisters, Laura Godfrey (Boyd) and Andrea Purvis (Robert); his sons, Mitch Holtby (Clarissa), Carter Van Slyke and Eli Holtby; his grandchildren, Ryder, Dylan and Sierra; and also, Carter and Eli. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
