He was predeceased by: his father Michael Chlan. He is survived by: his wife Reta Chlan (Bellamy); his mother Edith Chlan; and his siblings, Myrna, Wray, Richard (Nancy) and Kathryn. He is also survived by extended family, including all his numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
