He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Cassandra and Melanie; his brother Dave; his sister-in-law Ellen; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Debra; his nephew Michael; his niece Robyn; and also, Erin, Darren and Madison. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
