It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Brian Sutherland of Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Sutherland and Earl Sutherland; his son Stephen; his brothers, Don, Bud and Earl; and his siblings-in-law, Marge, Christa, Thea, Janet, Grant and Marc.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughter Cheryl (Ben); his daughter-in-law Karen (Ron); his grandchildren, Ryan (Sarah), Cassie (Braden), Michael (Kristen) and Keira (Ron); his great grandchildren, Elliot, Ellie, Stevie-Mae and Baby Boy Streifel; his brother Doug; and his sisters-in-law, Diane and Darlene (Darcy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many more grand nieces and nephews.
