It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Stephens (Nanaimo, British Columbia), who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Barsby and Martha Barsby; her brothers, Ernest, Ted and Jack; her husband Charles Stephens; her children, Gail and Barry; her sister Iris; her children, Jack (Susan), Vern (Judy), David (Judy) and Lynn (Ray); and her daughter-in-law Sheryl. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
