It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Doreen Smith of Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy McPhail and Ernst McPhail; her brothers, Bobby McPhail, Gordon McPhail and Donald McPhail; and her son-in-law Len Ward.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J Smith; her children, Nancy, David and Donna Smith; her sister Bernice Flood; and her sisters-in-law, Muriel McPhail and Margaret Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
