He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Miguel. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sister Gail; his children, Stephen (Julie), Jamie (Erin) and Allison (Richard); his son-in-law Marlon; and his grandchildren, James, Locklan, Annabelle, Benjamin, Riley and Caden. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
