She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Openshaw and May Openshaw of Manchester, England.; and her husband Godfrey Perryman Lockyear of Devon, England.. She is survived by: her children, David (Carol) and Patricia (Gerald); her grandchildren, Cari-Ann (Wayne), Sherri (John) and Anthony; her great grandchildren, Kayla (Shane), Kyle, Arron, Kaitlin, Josh and Ashlee; and her great great grandchild Beckham.
