With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ellen McKee Thomas in Nanaimo, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Thomas; her parents, Andrew (Hazel Allan) and Allan; and her brothers, Jack (Pearl), Bill (Freida), Ed (Myrtle), Mac (Norma) and Alec (Beverly).
She is survived by: her children, Donna, Dan (Lyla), Heather and Jeff (Norlaine). She is also survived by eight grandchildren: five great-grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives.
