It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Markus Alexander Novotny (Nanaimo, British Columbia), who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Fritz Otto. He is survived by: his wife Eve; his children, Shena and Kyle; his sisters, Verena (Dan) and Niki (Andre); and his mother Annelies Novotny (Strasser). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
