It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Edwin Burnett (Nanaimo, British Columbia), who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Dan (Monica), Bonnie (Albert) and Sean (Lorraine); his parents, Ed and Bunty; his brother Art; and also Patricia. He was also cherished by his family, many lifelong friends.

He generously gifted or donated many of his magnificent decoys, antler carvings and carved wooden chests, and they enjoy proud places in the homes of loved ones and friends.
