He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Elizabeth; his brother Dennis; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his stepson Lance (Sherri MacLeod); his grandchildren, Hillary, Madison, Ally Martindale and Aiyden Martindale (Arianna); and his siblings, Ian (Betty), Harold Berrisford and Helen Schryer (Moe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
