It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth W. McDougall (Nanaimo, British Columbia), who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbrod and Odile; his son Keith; and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his wife Claire; his son Roger; and his stepchildren, David (Yumi), Michael (Nicole) and Lorena (David). He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren.
