He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Brown and Janetta Lyvone Brown (Hehn); and his brother Kelly Frank Brown. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Brown (Cathy Boutilier); his siblings, Keith Brown (Victoria), Kimberly Jakeman (Wayne) and Kirk Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Daphne Boutilier (Karen Marcus) and Arthur Boutilier (Dale). He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces.
