He was predeceased by: his siblings, Peter and Sheila Lade. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Janet), Susan Ketchen (Michael Entwisle) and Nancy Ketchen (Dick Simpson); his grandchildren, Kristina Stauffer (Donovan), Stuart Simpson (Jess) and Neil Simpson (Kym Sywak); his great grandchildren, Jared and Carter; and his stepgreat-grandson Landen.
