She was predeceased by: her husband Donald McInnis; and her son Gary Wayne Forsyth. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her grandchildren, Leah, Randi, Kayla and Joe; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Dylon, Gabby, Damien, Jordyn, Dawson and Benjamin. She is also survived by friends, grand/great grand kids.
