She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vankoughnet and Clara Vankoughnet of Carman, Manitoba.; her husband Dave Robertson of Saskatoon; and her grandsons, Gordie and Brayden.
She is survived by: her children, Janet McIntyre (Kerry) of Ladysmith, Carol Robertson of Nanaimo, Mary Ellen Desmarais (Paul) of Nanaimo and Bill Robertson (Laura) of Cowichan Bay; and her grandchildren, Karen, David, Iain, Kate, Laura, Leslie, Carrie, Callie, Paul and Sharlaina. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Donations in her memory can be given to Nanaimo Community Hospice, Island Crisis Care Society, or a charity of your choice.
