John Maurice Blackburn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2018, at the age of 74, John Maurice Blackburn (Nanaimo, British Columbia), born in Melbourne, Victoria passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Blackburn and Maurice Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Holly Blackburn; his daughters, Jean Blackburn, Elizabeth Blackburn and Anne Blackburn; his siblings, Betty Guernsey, Richard Blackburn, Catherine Blackburn, Anne M. Blackburn and Suzan Tiemroth; and his aunt Louisa Hamilton. He is also survived by several cousins in Australia; in-laws Marianne Wedemeyer and Jud Jensen (Bonnie); eleven nieces and nephews who loved their "fun uncle"; and thirteen great-nephews and nieces.
