She was predeceased by: her son Jonathan Freeman; her stepgrandsons, Dillen and Colton Poste; her parents, Pauline Mendiuk (Kurylo) and William Mendiuk; and her siblings, Orest Mendiuk (Florence) and Mary Rohatynski (Paul).

She is survived by: her siblings, John Mendiuk (Diane) and Emily Stelmack (Lawrence); her husband Ron; her children, Deborah Harrington (Michael), Yvonne McCartney, Joanne Friedl (Rick) and Dennis Freeman (Judy Kirk); her grandchildren, Richard Harrington (Tiffanie), Jennifer Dayman (Jerry), Kenneth Harrington (Joy), Makena McCartney (James Edge), Duier McCartney, James Freidl (Hayley), Alex Friedl, Nicole Friedl, Shaeleigh and Jocelyn Freeman; her stepgrandsons, Steven, Branden Briere, Saxon Newbold-Freeman and Kieran Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Kaden, Quentin, Parker, Tristan, Abbigail and Sebastian. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
