He is survived by: his wife Estelle; his children, Lance (Carolyn), Deborah (Fred) and Walter (Lianne); his grandchildren, Sharon, Gareth, Leanne, Nathan, Cierra, Katie and Lance; his great grandchildren, Stella, Tristan, Kai, Chase, Alexander, Liam and Lucia; and his son Ted. He is also survived by his extended family and dear friends.
