He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Denise Tierney (Jamie) and Brent; his grandsons, Calvin (Anika Brown) and Ambrose Tierney (Tessa Rohatensky); and his sisters, Frances Jackson (John) and Ruth Edwards.
