He is survived by: his wife Cindy Einarsen Cash; his children, Kathina Davey, Dave Harold and Daycin Derek Ralph; his family, Ron "Pops", Mendy, Lisa, Tina and Steev; his uncles, Peter (Sammy) and Jim; his aunt Astrid; and his siblings, John Paul (Jamie), Robert (Jamie), Leon, Lisa (KC), Shawn (Nicole), Tara, Eddy, Chuck and Matt.
