He was predeceased by: his former wife Maureen. He is survived by: his girlfriend Grace Richard; his children, Toby, Chris (Dianne) and Allison (Rod); his stepchildren, Marquita and Tisha; and his grandchildren, Tory, Carter, Mitch, Chloe, Launa, Luke and Tobin.
