With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clare Arthur Holmes (Nanaimo, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on January 11, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Holmes and Ethel Holmes; and his brother Barry. He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn and Anne; his son David (Louise); his grandchildren, Luke, Emily and Rachael; his son Brian (Tanya); his grandchildren, Corey, Jeffrey, Emma, Savannah, Liam, Treymaine, Christian, Jesse and Mia; his daughter Shannon (Tim); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Kyle, Maelynn, Abigail and Gabriel; and his stepchildren, Kerry Drescher (Peter), Debbie Punshon and Vikki Tellier (Gerry). He is also survived by his 8 step-grandchildren, and 8 great-grand children.
