We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Carolyn Joyce Rayner of Nanaimo, British Columbia, born in Elmsdale, Prince Edward Island. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl MacArthur and Marion MacArthur; and her sister Velma Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Rayner of Nanaimo, BC.; her children, Brian Rayner of Victoria, BC, Tanya Rayner of Duncan, BC and Scott Rayner; her grandchild Conner; her siblings, Norma Brennan (Ralph), Roy McArthur (Ida) and Ralph McArthur (June); and her brother-in-law Henry Wallace. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and friends.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the Parkinson's Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
