He is survived by: his wife Kathy Powell; his daughter Nicky Powell; his mother Doris Powell; and his siblings, Charlene Lewis, Don Powell (Teresa) and Barclay Powell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Memorial (1720 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9S1G9).
