She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Brown and Anne Brown; and her sister Glenys. She is survived by: her sons, Adrian (Barbara) and David (Rita); her grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa, Gareth and Daniel (Julie); her great grandchildren, Tristan and Penelope; and her husband Derek.

Very special thanks are extended to the staff at Avenir Memory Care at Nanaimo for their dedication, compassion and loving care that was especially in evidence during the difficult period during Covid and in the last months of her life.
