He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Phillips and Ann Phillips; his sister Patricia Reinert; and his son-in-law Allan Russel. He is survived by: his wife Rena; his children, Gillian Fisk (Doug), Mark Phillips (Cecilia), Linda Roden (Kevin) and Caroline Lainchbury (Brent); his great grandchildren, Steven Russel (Lindsay), Isiah, Ezekiel, Selah and Eve-Anne; his siblings-in-law, John Lisman, Joyce Edmonds and Moira Johnstone (Neil); his nieces and nephews, Scotland and Taiwan; and his friend Frank Ney.
