He is survived by: his spouse Orla Gustafsson; his child Doniven Miller; his siblings, Janice Miller, Betty Miller, Henry Miller, Josie Miller, Jim Miller and Bob Miller; his son John Miller; and his granddaughter Trinity Miller.
