He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse and Desmond; and his brother Gerald Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Edward and Randal (Cindy); his grandchildren, Brad and Laura (Taylor); his great grandchild Oaklynn; and his brother John Dawson (Brenda). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
