He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rawson and Elsie Rawson; and his sister Peg McGarva. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Rawson and Lori Jackson; his son-in-law Dan Jackson; his grandchildren, Matt Jackson (Brittany), Andrew Unruh (Jolene), Brad Jackson and Brittany Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Hannah and Avery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Alzheimer's Society of BC, is appreciated.
