He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Matlak and Annie Matlak; and his wife Valerie (Nee Granados). He is survived by: his children, Anthony (Annette), Gloria (Warren), David (Melinda) and Adrian (Lisa). He is also survived by his six grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
