He is survived by: his children, Lizzie Hurtig, Alexandra, Murdoch and Mark; and his siblings, Leah, Mary-Ellen, Colin (Pat) and Brian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and many relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (32550 7th Ave, Mission 1, BC V2V2B9).
