He was predeceased by: his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Vernon Crouch, Donalda Crouch and Teresa Klimmer (Albert); and his granddaughter Jennifer. He is also survived by two brothers and three sisters as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, the Cancer Society or to Mission Hospice Society.
