He is survived by: his wife Lorie; his children, Matthew (Heather), Drayton (Leila) and Jessa (Ian); his grandchildren, Hudson, Anora (Matt) and Hannes (Jessa); his parents, Bob Salkeld and Jessie Salkeld; and his sisters, Kay (Mike) and Linda (Ron).

Due to chemical sensitivities, we ask for no flowers and fragrance, though the thought is very considerate.
