He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his son-in-law David Sutherland; his grandson Johnathan Harris; his great grandchild Braeden Lane; and his brother-in-law Wilfred Holroyd (Violet).
He is survived by: his children, Ken (Aileen), Barbara Ball (Ron), Lynette Piccin (Rocci) and Murray (Sheri); and his sisters, Pearl Hobbs and Eva Cossett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their families and many friends.
