Emile Joseph Vaillancourt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emile Joseph Vaillancourt of Merritt, British Columbia, born in Lafond, Alberta, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Laurie Vaillancourt; his sons, Todd Vaillancourt (Linda) of Kamloops and Travis Vaillancourt (Annie) of Penticton; his granddaughter Danae Vaillancourt (Jamie) of Calgary; his stepgranddaughters, Haley Maunula of Edmonton, Vanessa Maunula of Kamloops and Tyra Maunula (Brent) of Kamloops; and his sister Denise Cressy (Bill) of Merritt.

In lieu of flowers if so desired, a donation may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Parkinson's Society of British Columbia in his name.
