She was predeceased by: her brother Trevor. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Carmichael; her children, Randall (Megan) and Ashley (George); her granddaughter Anastasia; her child Jacey (TJay); her grandsons, Austin and Jason; her parents, Gary Herrington and Colleen Herrington; her brother Randy (Misty); her brother Kelly (Angela); her nieces and nephews, Amelia and Izzy; her sister Neysa (Angus); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey (Zen), Elijah, Gabriel, Trai and Joanna (Braedon); and also, Ryland, Payton, Rowan, Jane, John, Dustie and Dairy. She is also survived by numerous extended family, friends and co-workers.
