She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burns and Velma Burns; and her sister Fran Hotlzand Lynne Clark. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Perog; her daughter Allison McIndoe (Dayna Acker); her brother Jim; her sister-in-law Jean Perog; her siblings, Vaughn and Diane McIndoe; her sister-in-law Doreen Chamberlin; her stepdaughter Charene Perog; her stepgrandson Brendon Chow; her nieces and nephews, Tim Holtz (Kristina), Heide Holtz (Ray Prince), Kim Agar (Lloyd), Donalda Holtz, Justin Biller (Mika) and Charmaine McCommick (Raymond); and her close friends, Cindy Letendre, Delilah Dick (Steven), Cindy Kruse, Cheryl Seaman, Raquel Ballard, Lynne Ray, Bonnie Cowan and Sheri Smith.
