He is survived by: his wife Donna; his stepdaughters, Samantha (Curt) and Barbara (Terry); his sons, Jesse, Jason and Byron; his stepson James; and his siblings, Jamie and Shirley. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
