It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ian David Gillies (Maple Ridge, British Columbia), who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Steven; and his father John. He is survived by: his son Cameron; his mother Barbara; his sister-in-law Vita; and his nephew Jeffrey.

“It is with sadness that I discovered through a family member residing in the same town, that Ian has passed away. I knew Ian and his family many years ago, meeting Ian through his brother Steven. It is with sadness as well, as I had not spoken to Steven in a while, that he had also passed on. My heart is weeping for the loss of Ian to his son, Cameron, whom I held as a young infant and enjoyed family visits with the clan, over many years. My deepest condolences to everyone. Barb , Cameron & Jeff”
