He was predeceased by: his son Trevor. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Dustin (Amber), Mother Deborah Sirvage and Kimberly (David); his brother Wayne (Janvier); his nephews, Dave, David, Adam, Andrew and Robert; his granddaughters, Ryleigh, Lilah and Emily; and his pet Bowser.
