He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Balch and Ethel Balch (Bugg); and his brother Don Balch. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Balch (Tanguay); his daughter Deanna (Lyle); his grandchildren, Devon and Morgan; and his siblings, Calvin (Darlene), Viola and Betsy (Rene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
