She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smoliak and Marie Smoliak; and her husband Dave. She is survived by: her babies, Tigger and Bella; her siblings, Jean, Annette and Steve; and her sister-in-law Donna (Carole). She is also survived by Her aunts, one uncle, many cousins, nieces, nephews.
