She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Horton; and her parents, Freda Parsons and Walter Parsons. She is survived by: her children, Lena Horan, William Horan (Renee), Rose Horan, Crystal Horan, Russ Horton (Shannon) and Andy Horton (Sherrie); her grandchildren, Tyler Horan, Jodi Derenowski, Nicholas Derenowski, Natasha Derenowski, Riley Mazurkewich, Jessika Sawatzky, Jolene Mazurkewich, Ruslan Mazurkewich, Ian Horan and Emily Horton; her great grandchildren, Kateryna Mazurkewich and Anna Horan; and her siblings, Tom Parsons (Elsie), John Parsons (Marilynn Haylow), Fred Parsons (Dawn), Allen Parsons (Maureen) and Lucy Stroomer (Tony).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mothers Against Drunk Driving or the Canadian Firefighters Curling Association supporting Muscular Dystrophy.
