She is survived by: her husband Fred Perl; her children, John Clements (Donna), Lori Clements (Mikki), Robert Clements (Darja), Jodi Berner (David) and Nancy Perl (David); her great grandchildren, Anessa, AJ and Veronica; and her siblings, Lilian, George, Frank, Thomas, Gus, Joan, Doris, Ralph, Margaret and Mary.
