He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hoek and Leona Vander Hoek; and his brothers, Bert (Ed) and Melvin Vander Hoek. He is survived by: his wife Wille Vander Hoek; his children, Owen Vander Hoek (Barb), Steve Vander Hoek (Jackie), Margaret Kunst (Fred), Ted Jr. Vander Hoek (Megan), Bryan Vander Hoek (Christie) and Grant Vander Hoek (Jill); and his sister Grace Post (Sam). He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
