He was predeceased by: his wife Judy. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cartwright, Wesley Cartwright and Juanita Cartwright; and his sisters, Shirley Kramer, Pat Frederick, Vicki Plitt and Wendy Anderson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
