He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Omer Saumier and Pauline Saumier; his wife Beverley; his children, Nicole Saumier (Gary Harvey), Dianne Saumier (Daniel Ross), Richard Saumier (Chantelle Saumier), David Saumier and Leslie Saumier; his grandchildren, Dylan, Riley (Jordan), Chloe, Evan and Brooklynn; his great grandchild Katalina; and his sisters, Carol (Eugene), Sheila and Brenda (Rob).
