He was predeceased by: his father Stephen; and his brother Doug. He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his children, Kayla (Keiffer) and Stephen; his stepchildren, Brett, Justin and Ashley; his grandchildren, Kinsley and Kohen; and his mother Hazel.
